The rules, step by step
Step 1
Before the party, the host opens the game and privately fills in the bride's real answers to 10 questions (her go-to drink order, first-date story, dream honeymoon…).
Step 2
At the party, the host shares the screen. The first question appears with the answer hidden.
Step 3
Guests guess out loud (or write guesses on paper for competitive scoring).
Step 4
The host taps 'Reveal her answer' — the bride's real answer appears with dramatic effect.
Step 5
The bride confirms, denies, or explains herself. This is where the fun lives.
Step 6
Repeat for all questions. Whoever matched the most answers wins a prize.
Variations to try
- Groom edition — run How Well Do You Know the Groom? back-to-back and compare which side of the room scored better.
- Team mode — tables compete instead of individuals; loudest table usually loses on purpose.
- Paper mode — guests write all 10 guesses first, then the host reveals in one go and everyone self-scores.
Host tips
- Ask the bride the questions by text days ahead — 'quick quiz for a thing' — so her answers are honest, not performed.
- Read guest guesses aloud before revealing; the wrong ones are half the comedy.
- Save her most surprising answer for last.
